Wonderful post! I left the ER in August 2020 when we were told in our staff meeting to get acclimated to Yugo care vs Cadillac care for our patients. That was the final straw for me. After years of observing the corporate hospital system “break” so many nurses with unsafe patient loads, limited/zero downtime in a 12 hour shift, etc- I couldn’t bear to see people in my community being treated negligently as patients.
Now it seems like we are fighting an uphill battle for the integrity of our profession whilst many are blindly following the nefarious new pandemic model of healthcare in the hospitals and with public health via EUA injections. Knowing we are not alone in this battle is reassuring and hopeful. 🙏❤️✝️
